Do customers need to install an app?
No. On iOS 14+ and modern Android, tapping an NFC tag opens the URL directly in the system browser — no app, no permissions, nothing to download.
Do I need to buy my own cards?
No. We supply premium waterproof NFC cards, program them with your menu, and ship them to your door ready to use. Branded cards for your venue are available too.
Can I update the menu without reprogramming the tag?
Yes — upload a new PDF to the same menu and the customer-facing URL stays identical. Every tap from that point forward serves the updated file.
Where is my data stored?
Menu PDFs are stored on Cloudflare R2 with per-tenant key isolation. Account credentials use industry-standard bcrypt hashing.
Do you support multiple locations?
Yes. A single account can manage unlimited menus and tags across as many locations as you operate — ideal for hospitality groups and franchise networks.
